Echinacea/ Goldenseal combines two species of Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurae and Echinacea angustifolia), thus providing a synergistic effect. Goldenseal root contains the powerful alkaloids berberine and hydrastine that support the immune system by promoting the flow of antibody-laden mucous which may help to fight infection and soothe irritated and inflamed tissues. Due to its actions on the mucous membranes, Goldenseal is recommended to be used in small doses for short periods of time.

Dosage
Adults: Take 15-20 drops (1 ml) in water with a meal three times daily. Children: Take approximately 5-10 drops (.5 ml) in water with a meal three times daily.
