Yoga is a great form of exercise, leading to a strong body and allowing for the effective elimination of toxins through the practice of breathing techniques (pranayama) and poses (asanas). Yoga is also great for clearing the mind, and is loved by many for the meditative/spiritual practice.

Nothing beats the electricity of exercising in a group. Bring a friend, or make new ones while you’re here. There are 13 mat spaces available per class, so relatively intimate, with room for you to move and perfect your craft.
Get one-on-one (or two-on-one) coaching and tips through private tuition - A great way to build up to group classes or target an area you need help with. These 60-minute classes can work around your lifestyle, and you’re welcome to bring a friend too
