At Revolution We Offer A Range Of Classes At Our North Shore Studio from Pilates, to Yoga, to Functional Rehab & Core as well as pregnancy and prenatal options.

Our goal is to help people create a well-balanced & healthy body and mind through proper movement that is low impact but strengthening, balancing and mobilising.

You will love the variety of classes at our studio so much you will get hooked. Some classes are intense, some are mid range and some are totally restorative and relaxing. We are expanding rapidly and will be including even more fun things into the studio classes such as TRX suspension training, ZUU workouts and much more.

Yoga Class Types

Yin/ Restorative Yoga  – the mindfulness practice and mostly holding poses that release the tightness in your joints and muscles.

Hatha/Slow Flow Yoga  – the most traditional type of yoga using slow flows and longer pose holds which puts more attention on strengthening the muscles. It’s a well-rounded practice that is a happy medium, infusing elements from various other styles of Yoga.

Vinyasa/Fast Flow Yoga  – a dynamic flow where postures move from one to another in perfect connection with your breath. Vinyasa is as excellent workout for the muscles and the lungs (cardio).

Pilates Class Types

Mat Pilates  – You will get your entire core, arms and legs worked on in these classes and become a lean, strong machine! Pilates is an effective low-impact workout that emphasises your body’s core — The abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, glutes, and so on. Pilates develops strength, balance, body awareness & flexibility. It can be beneficial for toning up muscles, improving posture and body alignment. It can also help with recovery from back pain and other injuries by strengthening the affected area.

HIIT Pilates  – HIIT pilates for strong, lean muscles and pumping the heart and blood system. HIIT pilates is a combination of high intensity interval training and Pilates. Helps improves endurance, increases strength and metabolism. Includes high and low intensity body exercises with the high burst exercise matched with the slower muscle activation exercises. This focuses on the mind and body to the correct techniques and muscle pattern during the high burst.

Pilates for Pain and Injury

Dr Sam has helped thousands of people with their long standing chronic issues. Her background is sport and exercise science and she’s a practising Chiropractor with 15 years of experience in these industries. Whilst Sam won’t take every Pilates class herself, she will surely look into and help your private trainer set up a specific program of exercise to help you get back to the best function!

Strength & Core

Strength & Core is unique to Revolution. The goal of these classes are to get strong and lean muscles, lose fat, improve posture, balance and mobility.

You can also work on improving your sport, recover from injuries or prevent injuries.

These classes are full of functional every day movements as well as core exercises that will switch on every muscle in your body.

What Does Strength & Core Help With?

  • Spinal strength and Posture
  • Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention
  • Body Shape and Muscle Tone
  • Mobility, Flexibility and Range Of Motion
  • Balance, Movement Patterns and Gait (walking)

What Does Having A Strong Core Help With?

Well, as most people know it, a lot of our standard musculoskeletal problems such as lower back pain, hip and knee pain, general back pain and neck pain can come from a weak core. So why not dedicate 45 minutes just to improve the core?

Here are just a few things having a stronger core will improve:

Private classes are highly recommended to help people with almost any chronic pain, or wanting to invest in peak functionality.

If you are suffering from restricted mobility, acute or chronic injuries, you should look at getting some one on one attention to fix up any underlying issues. Dr Sam is head coach and Structural Chiropractor with 15 years of experience in the fitness, rehabilitation and the chiropractic industry. She will review your case with you initially and find you the best suitable scenario for private or group classes.


No contract memberships. 30 days notice to cancel prior to your next billing date. Direct debited.

As we have many and such diverse class options to book into;

  • 2 x weekly: $37.50 per week
  • 3 x weekly: $47.50 per week
  • 4 x weekly: $57.50 per week (making each class only $14!)



If you refer a friend, family member or colleague to us and they join us, you both get to enjoy 3 x weekly memberships for only $37.50 or 4 x weekly memberships for only $47.50 - minimum 1 month term.



All Class Passes are valid for only 2 months. The classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Upon request extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. No refunds, transfers or exceptions otherwise.


The Intro Offer passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. These passes do NOT have the option to be placed on hold.


As a Revolution Studios Member you are welcome to hold or suspend your membership if you are going on holiday, traveling for business, or have experienced an injury. For Direct Debit / Direct Credit membership suspensions, we require 14 days notice prior to your next billing date and a $25 administration fee for processing your request. All requests are to be made by emailing

Please note that we do not allow suspended memberships to be cancelled. Your membership must be active for 14 days prior to cancellation.


We have a reduced Holiday Timetable for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year. We will offer 1-2 classes per day over this period.
