At Revolution We Offer A Range Of Classes At Our North Shore Studio from Pilates, to Yoga, to Functional Rehab & Core as well as pregnancy and prenatal options.

Our goal is to help people create a well-balanced & healthy body and mind through proper movement that is low impact but strengthening, balancing and mobilising.

You will love the variety of classes at our studio so much you will get hooked. Some classes are intense, some are mid range and some are totally restorative and relaxing. We are expanding rapidly and will be including even more fun things into the studio classes such as TRX suspension training, ZUU workouts and much more.

Yoga Class Types

Yin/ Restorative Yoga  – the mindfulness practice and mostly holding poses that release the tightness in your joints and muscles.

Hatha/Slow Flow Yoga  – the most traditional type of yoga using slow flows and longer pose holds which puts more attention on strengthening the muscles. It’s a well-rounded practice that is a happy medium, infusing elements from various other styles of Yoga.

Vinyasa/Fast Flow Yoga  – a dynamic flow where postures move from one to another in perfect connection with your breath. Vinyasa is as excellent workout for the muscles and the lungs (cardio).

Pilates Class Types

Mat Pilates  – You will get your entire core, arms and legs worked on in these classes and become a lean, strong machine! Pilates is an effective low-impact workout that emphasises your body’s core — The abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, glutes, and so on. Pilates develops strength, balance, body awareness & flexibility. It can be beneficial for toning up muscles, improving posture and body alignment. It can also help with recovery from back pain and other injuries by strengthening the affected area.

HIIT Pilates  – HIIT pilates for strong, lean muscles and pumping the heart and blood system. HIIT pilates is a combination of high intensity interval training and Pilates. Helps improves endurance, increases strength and metabolism. Includes high and low intensity body exercises with the high burst exercise matched with the slower muscle activation exercises. This focuses on the mind and body to the correct techniques and muscle pattern during the high burst.

Strength & Core

Strength & Core is unique to Revolution. The goal of these classes are to get strong and lean muscles, lose fat, improve posture, balance and mobility.

You can also work on improving your sport, recover from injuries or prevent injuries.

These classes are full of functional every day movements as well as core exercises that will switch on every muscle in your body.
