Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Our boutique studio mat based classes are physically challenging but adaptable to every fitness level. Pilates improves alignment, core development and will strengthen your coordination and balance.

Mat Pilates is for beginners to advanced. We increase intensity and incorporate various targeting equipment such as a Magic Circle, balls, dumbbells and bands.

Pilates for Pain and Injury

Dr Sam has helped thousands of people with their long standing chronic issues. Her background is sport and exercise science and she’s a practising Chiropractor with 15 years of experience in these industries. Whilst Sam won’t take every Pilates class herself, she will surely look into and help your private trainer set up a specific program of exercise to help you get back to the best function!
