Take your health and fitness to new heights, and save by purchasing a weekly membership. We have two options to choose from. Valid only for group classes.

Membership Type 1 - Progress (3 month term)

Improve your strength, body awareness, mental health and energy levels with PROGRESS. Our best value membership that will get you feeling more alive and in tune with your body, within 4 hours a week.

Includes any 4 classes per week of your choice:

  • Pilates
  • Yoga
    • Restorative/Yin
    • Vinyasa
    • Contemporary
    • Power
    • Hatha
  • Movement Rehabilitation
  • Core Strength

Membership Type 2 - Maintain (3 month term)

Focus on your flexibility, movement and “me-time” with MAINTAIN. Our lighter membership that will get you feeling happy, healthy and aligned, within 3 hours a week.

Includes any 3 classes per week of your choice:

  • Movement Rehabilitation
