Lisa Mazer

Lisa Mazer

Lisa Mazer started practicing yoga over 10 years ago as a means of exercise.  She soon found that she not only had an extreme love for the physical asana but resonated with the overall lifestyle and spirituality that she found through practice.  She became very passionate about her teaching and her practice.  She has taken training in both Nicaragua and in Canada which has opened her up to many different varieties of yoga, specializing in Vinyasa and Hatha.  There is nothing that brings her more happiness than sharing her practice and her energy with others.

Suze Su

Susze Su

Hailing from Hamilton, Susze is a REPs NZ registered yoga teacher. She completed my RYT-200 with Kindred Studio, Nelson in 2019 and have been teaching full-time since. We can't have yin without the yang, and the yang without the yin. Susze loves the sweaty and challenging power yoga, but she also enjoys restorative and yin yoga just as much. Be prepared to sweat and push yourself to your limit in her power yoga class, and pamper yourself with relaxation music, meditation, essential oils and singing bowl at her restorative/yin yoga class.

Janina Herpich

Yoga has been a transformational journey for Janina in connecting to her inner-world, to build a healthy and loving relationship with herself and to learn to accept and appreciate what is.
Janina is passionate about sharing the beauty of Yoga, to hold a space where people can cultivate a sense of mindfulness, allow themselves to drop into their bodies and to find stillness from within.

Katelyn Larking

Katelyn was exposed to yoga at 15 when her high school implemented it as a P.E option. She soon fell in love with those 1 hour weekly sessions because they made her feel amazing. She became committed to her own daily practice, feeling anxiety and stress wither away with each asana. In year 12, when the school's yoga teacher left, the principal asked Katelyn to take over teaching younger students. After leaving high school, Katelyn taught yoga at her local gym, helping gymgoers improve mobility and release tension from intense workouts. Katelyn is incredibly grateful she ended up at a school that provided yoga; Her decision to select that class all those years ago truly changed her life. She is passionate about guiding others through a practice that she knows first-hand can improve long-term mental health and physical wellbeing.

Brooke Hollows

Brooke is on her own yoga journey and completed Hatha style training at Kawai Purapura in Auckland. Her classes are grounding and alignment focused, with space for stillness and softness. She believes that every student can cultivate presence and connection with body and breath on the mat, and also take those intentions off the mat into everyday life.
