??Kids Balance Exercises: Hop

??To finish up the week we will be jumping around a bit, but you will have to do it with one leg!

??STEPS:
1. Stand on one leg and tuck the other leg up behind your bottom and hold it with the opposite hand.
2. Hop on the spot 5 times.
3. Hop 5 times and turn to the left each hop.
4. Hop 5 times and turn to the right each hop.

?CONCENTRATE ON: Keeping your spine nice and tall and looking straight ahead, not down at your feet.
