⚡️Today we following on from the ‘Quadruped Hip Extension’ with engaging the core while initiating leg movement with the dead bug.
1. Lay on your back with your hips and knees bent to 90 degrees.
2. Keep your abdominals engaged as you lower one leg toward the ground. Don’t let your lower back arch off the ground.
3. Bring the leg back to start position and repeat on the other side.
